Restoration Features

Our transformations appear similar to first generation MGBs with a chrome grille, chrome bumpers and a metal dashboard.

Inside you will find a modern engine, suspension and much more to make driving a modern classic a real joy! 

New fully integrated suspension design.
Front: Cast aluminum lower A arms, tubular steel upper A arms, coil over shocks, sway bar, engineered high strength sub frame.
Rear: Heavy duty solid axle, trailing arms, coil over shocks, torque arm, panhard bar.
Rack and Pinion steering, 4.1  turns lock to lock. Optional: fully adjustable suspension .

Fully restored Roadster or GT body, headlight integrated parking and turn indicators, mid-body torque brace.

S and R Spec include precision fit chrome bumpers, hide away gas fill, enhanced body seams, integrated rear body flares, integrated front body flares (R spec only).

GM LTG 2.0L DOHC engine, variable valve timing, turbocharger, direct injection.

(G spec) 260HP/270lb.ft

Optional: 

(S spec) 272HP/295lb.ft,

5 speed manual or 6 speed automatic transmission.

3.55 :1 open differential, optional limited slip clutch or gear type.

Front: 11-inch vented front discs with aluminum 2 piston calipers (4 piston optional).

Rear: 11-inch vented discs with steel calipers and integrated parking brake.

The brake system has diagonal brake circuits and is vacuum boosted.

5 bolt 15 inch vented powder coated wheels.

(G spec) 195/55 X15 tires on 6-inch wide rims.

Optional:

(S spec) 225/50 X15 tires on 8 inch rims.

(R spec) 225(F) 245 (R) /50 X15 tires on 8(F)/9(R) inch rims.

Note:

S Spec and R Spec require fender flares.

New wire harnesses for the body, dash and engine controls. 

170-amp alternator.

optional electric power steering, heated seats, air conditioning.

Powder coated metal first generation style dashboard with center vents for fresh  air or optional air conditioning system. 

Custom instrumentation includes Tachometer, Reverse winding 162 mph Speedometer, Fuel level and Coolant temperature gauges.

Leather dash top, crash pad, center instrument cluster surround, drive shaft tunnel and other interior surfaces.

Optional gauge package includes Volts, Oil Pressure, Clock.

Base: First generation MGB leather faced seats with piping.

Optional: High back leather seats with adjustable seat backs and head rests, seat heaters, other seat styles.

Paint colors (Standard: period correct colors), steering wheels, seat materials, heated seats, center arm rest, door card design, air conditioning, electric power steering, rear window defogger (GT only),
