Snake River Classics to participate in the 5th Annual Sun Valley (Idaho) Tour de Force
BOISE, IDAHO – Snake River Classics is proud to be one of a select group of sponsors for the 2022 Sun Valley Tour de Force held in Ketchum, Idaho. Snake River Classics will take part in the famous ‘No Speed Limit’ unlimited high-speed run with their MGB Roadster and will have their high-performance R-Specification MGB GT on display at the car show.
The Snake River Classics transformation of the MGB merges classic styling with modern reliability, comfort, style, and control. The MGBs feature a modified body with power from a GM LTG 2.0 Liter DOHC turbo engine generating 325 HP and an all-new design suspension system with significantly wider wheels and tires. The cars appear as excellent restorations until one examines the detail changes. Interiors are upgraded with leather and new instrumentation.
“These cars are more than restorations; they are total transformations that bring incredible performance with modern reliability. They have all the nostalgia of the past combined with the exhilarating performance of today. Participating in the high-speed run will demonstrate the performance of the transformed MGB,” says Snake River Classics founder John Batterton.
